Eligibility for ENS 388 requires:

  • Kinesiology students eligible with senior status or with instructor consent. All majors welcome with instructor consent.
  • Ability to attend all scheduled sessions and times (no scheduled vacations, etc.)
  • Ability to attend the mandatory trainings

Spring 2025 – 2/5/25 – 5/2/25 (Closed 3/31 – 4/4)
Summer 2025 – 6/3/25 – 8/15/25 (Closed 6/19, 7/4 – 7/7)

Mondays and Wednesdays:
Classes at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 2:00, and 3:30

Tuesdays and Thursday:
Classes at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00, 4:30 and 6:00

Fridays:
Classes at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, and 1:30

Online Exercise Classes
