Updated Consent and Personal Information Needed

We’ve updated our policy slightly and are requiring an updated, signed consent form from you. You should receive a packet from staff during the Fall or Winter semester with our updated policy to sign. Additionally, we will need an updated medications list from all clients by the beginning of Spring Semester. Thanks!

Spring 2024 – 2/7/24 – 5/2/24 (Closed 4/1 – 4/5)
Summer 2024 – 5/29/24 – 8/9/24 (Closed 6/19 & 7/3-7/5)
Fall 2024 – 9/11/24 – 12/11/24 (Closed 11/11 & 11/25 – 11/29)

Mondays and Wednesdays:
Classes at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 2:00, and 3:30

Tuesdays and Thursday:
Classes at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 2:00, 4:30 and 6:00

Fridays:
Classes at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, and 1:30

Online Exercise Classes

Mondays and Wednesdays:
Classes at 3:30

Tuesdays and Thursday:
